OPERA America Technical/Production Committee

OPERA America's Technical/Production Committee works in close association with OPERA America to identify and create resources for technical/production professionals. Its primary goals are to promote and provide professional development, both for existing staff and new entrants to the field; to build awareness of industry practices; and where appropriate, to create standards.

This diverse committee is composed of technical/production related professionals of all specializations. Its membership represents companies of all budget levels and backgrounds, and includes professionals from companies in the United States, Canada, and abroad. Specific positions include technical and production professionals, artistic administrators, costume directors, stage managers, designers, and academics.

The Technical/Production Committee is available as a resource for you — feel free to contact any of its members. Members of the Committee may contact you throughout the year to survey the field around a specific issue.
