National Opera Teacher and Educator Source (NOTES)
NOTES is a free online platform showcasing exemplary opera learning materials from OPERA America and its member companies. Educators can browse resources and search by opera title, grade level, subject area, time required and core curriculum connections.

Music! Words! Opera!
This curriculum series is designed to provide classroom teachers, arts specialists and opera educators an easy way to introduce the multidisciplinary arts to upper elementary and middle school students.

Opera Teens
A national youth leadership development program to empower high school students to pursue their interests in opera, Opera Teens Councils share opera learning with others and leverage the power of opera to serve local communities.

Common Core
A statement and webinar about the Common Core detail how opera learning meets required curriculum standards and contributes to student achievement.

Arts Advocacy and Service Organizations
These suggested publications, recordings and professional development resources help teachers bring opera into the classroom.

Opera for Youth Directory
The Emily Hammood Opera for Youth Directory is a free, searchable online platform showcasing works of opera for youth that can be performed by children and/or adults in schools, community organizations, theaters and opera companies.

This resource offers information to opera companies developing programs for older adults (60+).

All OPERA America facilities are handicapped accessible. The National Opera Center features ground-level entry with elevators to the venue. All spaces are wheelchair accessible, and modular seating can be arranged to accommodate wheelchair users for all programs and performances. Handicapped accessible restrooms are available on all floors.
