Opera Conference 2014: Audiences Reimagined

Trends in Philanthropy: Post-Recession Realities
As typical opera donors age, companies must better understand the motivations and generational differences among high-wealth individuals—especially as they are increasingly motivated by worthy humanitarian causes and influenced by global perspectives. DANIEL P. HARRIS, senior vice president, business initiatives manager, philanthropic services, Wells Fargo Private Bank, will lead this session exploring donor attitudes, relationships between public charities and private foundations, and the intersection of philanthropy and entrepreneurship.
