MARKETING MANAGER

Department: MARKETING

Location: SEATTLE, WA

FLSA Status: SALARY, NON-EXEMPT (eligible for overtime)

Position Status: REGULAR, FULL TIME

Position Location: 60% ONSITE, 40% REMOTE

Compensation: $65,000 - $72,000

Reports to: ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF MARKETING

Start Date: SEPTEMBER 2025

POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategy for Seattle Opera. Provide effective, innovative, and integrated digital and traditional marketing strategy, project management, execution, and analysis to support e-commerce initiatives, revenue targets, and brand awareness. The Marketing Manager works closely with team members in the Marketing, Development, and Programs and Partnerships (P+P) departments to promote individual campaigns, events, and activities through a unified brand lens.

Pay Range: $65,000 - $72,000 Annual
