Week of March 1:  $350 per session
Intensive #1 - Fundraising: Have a dream project in mind but need a bunch of money to make it happen? We know that feeling! This intensive is deep dive into strategy and implementation, including grant writing, donor cultivation, and individual and organizational fundraising. We'll be joined by fundraising professionals and philanthropists to give you a look at the process from all angles.

Week of March 15: $350 per session Intensive #2 - Budgeting: Fundraised a bunch of money but need some pointers on how to allocate the funds? This intensive jumps into the world of budgeting as we help you build your own developmental, project, touring and organizations budgets as well as a cash flow plan. We'll provide templates and advice so you never forget a budget line again!

Week of March 29: $350 per session Intensive #3 - Touring: You've fundraised and budgeted, now it's time to take your project on the road! Learn what it takes to take a work out on tour. From pitching, to contracting, to production advance, marketing, and travel logistics, we'll cover everything you need to know about touring live performance work.

Please, note each intensive will include three 2-hour sessions, as well as an open Zoom-room evening for participants to engage with each other and network with the full Producer Academy cohort. Other industry professionals will be brought into the teaching to add experience and perspective, and we'll have a Zoomtail with the BMP team.
