Institutional Marketing Coordinator

The Dallas Opera (TDO) is a world-class performing arts organization based in the Dallas Arts District in Dallas, TX, renowned for our outstanding mainstage and chamber opera productions. With a reputation for artistic excellence, innovation, and community impact, TDO plays a vital role in the cultural landscape of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and the international opera scene. The Institutional Marketing Coordinator at The Dallas Opera serves as an integral member of the Marketing and Patron Services team, functioning as an in-house agency. This role is responsible for coordinating projects across multiple departments to ensure that all digital, print, and other materials are developed, reviewed, and published in alignment with TDO’s brand standards and the highest degree of professionalism. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications and working across multiple departments, this position is classified as a full-time annual non-exempt role.
Responsibilities Specific duties include, but are not limited to, responsibilities related to brand stewardship, content creation and quality control, and project coordination:
- Safeguarding and implementing TDO’s brand identity across all channels and materials
- Integration with multiple departments to facilitate marketing and communication efforts for programs apart from mainstage productions.
- Maintaining documentation of brand guidelines and update as necessary
- Creating, editing, proofreading, and otherwise reviewing marketing and other organizational materials for accuracy and adherence to style guidelines
- Ensuring all content reflects TDO mission, vision and values, including our commitment to accessibility and inclusion
- Coordinating workflow for marketing projects, acting as the primary liaison between internal departments and the marketing team
- Tracking project deadlines and deliverables to ensure timely publication and distribution
BENEFITS
Pay Range: $46,000 - $48,000 Annual
