When opera companies across America closed their doors or saw their audience capacity significantly reduced in March 2020, many turned to the digital sphere out of necessity. A year later, the shift toward digital content has resulted in a unique phenomenon: opera companies presenting one another’s digital content and collaborating on virtual productions.
