Artist Development Webinars
Artist Development Webinars are a series of interactive professional development webinars geared towards artists in the opera industry.
The webinars are designed to provide insights and new skills to artists seeking to further their careers. Topics include financial literacy, marketing, business, self-coaching, and more.
Artist Development Webinars are supported, in part, by public funds from the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs in partnership with the City Council.
Program Details
Artist Development Webinars are open to all artists including singers, directors, conductors, coaches/collaborative pianists, designers, librettists, and composers.
Participants are encouraged to attend the live webinar to take advantage of the interactive elements. Recordings of the webinar will be made available to registrants to view on demand.

Non-Member $115 - $136
Non-member registration includes the choice of a one-year Digital Membership (valued at $75) or Signature Membership (valued at $96) to OPERA America. OPERA America members will be prompted to log in to access member rates. Note: An optional enhanced package may be available for select sessions for an additional fee.

- Session #2 - Financial Literacy, Beginner Level, Monday, November 17, 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. ET
- Session #3 - Operatic Role Preparation Basics, Monday, January 26, 7:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. ET
- Session #4 - Website Design, Monday, March 2, 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. ET
- Enhanced website review is available for an additional fee of $40, where several webinar participants will receive one-on-one web design guidance from the webmaster during the event. The remaining webinar participants will observe best practices, and everyone will have the opportunity to ask questions.
All sessions will be recorded and attendees will be able to watch discussions at a later date.

Hear feedback from a professional webmaster on artist websites, gain practical advice, and learn best practices for web building. Have our webmaster provide customized guidance on your website during the webinar for an additional $40 (limited space is available for this additional offering).
