Career Blueprints for Singers was developed in 2016 and concluded in March 2025.

The program engaged early-career singers in a multi-day intensive workshop on artist entrepreneurship and the practical elements of launching a career in opera. Participants received new headshots, audio and video recordings, and guidance from industry leaders, and learned about financial management, artist representation, and website design.
